Running and laughing

I ran today! My legs are not sore (well, just a little pressure on the inside of the right knee)! I got on the treadmill for 25 minutes and didn't quite do 2.5 miles. It was on to weights:
  • Push down with 30 lbs. 15 reps 3 sets 
  • Pull up with 20 lbs. 15 reps 3 sets
  • Dumbell upright rows 6 lbs. 12 reps 2 times
  • Standing chest flies 6 lbs. 12 reps 2 times
  • Bicep curls 6 lbs. 12 reps 2 times
  • 20 against the wall push ups
This workout felt a little incomplete, like I was just going through the motions. I did do something and some type of workout is better than no workout. There's always tomorrow!
