instead of watching TV in bed...I turned off the TV while I was reading. Before that it was on mute. I guess it's all about baby steps...over and over again. I'm pscyhing myself up (not out!) to keep it off completely tonight. While the TV was on mute, and then off, I read Along for the Ride and I'm loving it. But, oh, to be a faster reader!
