- Pull down 30 lbs 3 sets of 13
- Pull up 20 lbs 3 sets of 13
- Pull down with rope 20 lbs 3 sets of 13
- Overhead tricep 15 lbs 3 sets of 13 (on last set, 10 lbs)
I don't know why I'm rushing through this post. I didn't have a good plan for my workout so it was a little flighty. My plan is to come into the gym tomorrow for a run since I will melt if I run outside. Seriously, the heat index is above 105 today! Anyways, I still feel like I got a good workout and there's always tomorrow. :)
