Today was a strength day and this was my routine (2 sets of 12 reps, 1 set of 15 reps):
- Dumbell squats - 8 lbs.
- Romanian deadlifts - 8 lbs.
- Saddlebag busting leg lift - no weight (killer move!)
- Dumbell upright rows - 6 lbs.
- Bent over kickback - 6 lbs.
- Bicep curls - 6 lbs. first two sets, 8lbs. last set
I killed this routine today! A good, solid workout feels awesome.
No gym for me tomorrow since I'm coming in early, leaving early and gettin' my hairs done all pretty. ;) I'll try to throw in some walking - a little goes a long way and it counts!
